We engage a local photographer to capture 12 shots to showcase your property at it's best. Allowance is $250. Extras you may wish to purchase include video, floorplan and drone pics.
05 Funding for Preparation and Marketing Costs
Up to $25,000 is available for pre-sale preparation and all marketing costs, deductible on settlement, withdrawal or at 6 months, whichever is sooner. To get maximum dollars for your home, you may need to attend to some preparation items prior to going on the market. This could include work like, landscaping, painting, floor coverings. minor repairs, staging and more..

Silver Listing
A Silver feature listing on Domain appears above all Standard Listings for 30 days.
It then becomes a Standard Listing until sold.
04 Large Signboard
We design a 6 x4 Signboard for delivery by courier for self-install. Installation and Removal is available in some areas optional extra. It includes 3-4 photos, several bullet points and a QR code linked to the listing on realestate.com.au
06 Commission Included
There's 3 levels of Flat Fee.
List Price up to $400,000 = $6,500
List Price $400,000 to $800,000 = $9,500
List Price over $800,000= $12,500
This fee includes marketing as specified above. Marketing cost varies with location but you only pay the Flat Fee for your price range. For Example: List price $695,000.. Flat Fee $9,500. Marketing cost $2,500, so Commission on sale is $7,000.
Commission part is only paid on successful sale. Advertising is payable upfront or via our funding partner terms.
